  • Mousse of pistachios with avocado

    Ingredientes

    3 avocados.
    ½ cup honey.
    1 cup of saltless pistachios.

    Preparación

    200 g softened butter.

    2 cups flour.

    Preparación

    Mix the softened butter with sugar, salt and chocolate powder, add the crushed banana with a fork and baking soda with lemon juice. Add the flour and knead until you get an elastic mass that easily peels off your hands.
    Roll the dough to about 8 mm and place in a baking pan, forming edges.
    Then place a sheet of baking paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees, after this, let the dough cool and remove from the mold.
    For the cream, blend the avocado with the lime juice. Add sugar powder and cream cheese and stir everything thoroughly.
    Put the cream on the cooled base, distribute it well and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Keep a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
