Five and a half million kilos intends to export the agroindustrial company Hass Perú S.A. during its 2019 avocado campaign, which began on April 20 and will end in mid-August of this year.
In spite of the weather conditions, this year it has been achieved that the fruit has a higher caliber. The efforts and learning of the collaborators of Hass Peru have allowed to make the avocado look more even and that - at the same time - the processes of monitoring and quality are improved to obtain an ideal avocado for the consumers.
On the other hand, the Chinese market continues to be the most captivated by this product and therefore, Hass Peru will continue to export its product to the delight of Asians since they intend to continue to make their way with their Gold Hass brand. It should be noted that not only the Asian market will be destined in this avocado season 2019.
Hass Peru has 45% of its export destined to the US market and 40% for Europe. For them, the priority is to look for new mechanisms that allow them to provide a quality product to their customers, who continue to ratify, year after year, their desire to continue offering these products in their markets.
